Returns Policy

Returns

At DAS EURO PARTS, we take great pride in offering top-quality products at competitive prices. Nevertheless, we recognize that the need for returns can be an integral part of your customer experience.

Before initiating any returns, we kindly request you to reach out to us. It's imperative that all returned items are sent via a postal or courier service with tracking capabilities (insurance is recommended). In the absence of a traceable tracking number, the responsibility for the item's safe return falls entirely on you. Should the item fail to reach us, it will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

You are eligible to return your item for several reasons, including:

Change of Mind

At DAS Euro Parts, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind. That's why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy for such cases, where we can provide an exchange or a full refund for items bought at full price, excluding the original delivery costs. Please note, however, that items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds. To qualify for a return due to a change of mind, items must be in their original, unused, and fully sealed condition, including all original packaging and any extra parts supplied by us. Should the returned items not meet these conditions, they will be sent back to you at your own cost.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Under Australian Consumer Law, which is inalienable, your purchases are automatically protected. All our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. We pride ourselves on meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all orders are dispatched in pristine condition. In the rare event your item arrives damaged or faulty, we are committed to replacing it and covering any return shipping costs you incur, provided you furnish us with a receipt as proof of shipping expenses. If the item is unavailable in stock, we will issue a full refund. Claims for damaged or faulty items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. It's crucial to inspect your order upon arrival and immediately report any damage to us. We request that you document any damage with photographs before returning the item, as we need to report such incidents to our insurer, delivery courier, and supplier warehouse. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Liability

Responsibility for the use of products shifts to the buyer once items are dispatched from DAS EURO PARTS. DAS EURO PARTS cannot be held liable for any misuse or resulting damage (including damage to property or equipment).

Refunds

Regrettably, we cannot provide a refund, credit, or exchange for items that have been altered or modified in any manner from their original dimensions. Parts that have been compromised due to misuse, improper installation, operation in unsuitable conditions, neglect of preventive maintenance, or continued use after a defect is identified are not eligible for warranty coverage. This also applies to components used in performance or modified engines, encompassing various applications such as street driving, drag racing, circuit racing, and marine use. Furthermore, no returns, credits, or refunds will be issued for parts that have already been used, fitted, or installed. Natural wear and tear is excluded from parts warranty cover.

Within the bounds of applicable law, our warranties for parts do not cover any costs or expenses that may arise from warranty claims, such as charges for travel, accommodation, or meals. In accordance with legal allowances, our parts warranties do not extend to any loss of income or earnings, nor do they cover expenses related to the vehicle being out of service. Additionally, items requiring routine maintenance as part of standard servicing are expressly not covered under warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, certain components and services:

  • Previous repairs or maintenance on the vehicle becoming defective resulting in damaging our new parts being installed
  • Parts replaced as part of the dealer's service schedule
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accident damage to the parts, neglect and abuse, lack of due care, or driving technique.
